Who we are

This website, deepakbhangu.com, is operated by Deepak Bhangu, a Live & Dry Blood Analyst, medical acupuncturist and Blood Electrification Treatment (BET) practitioner based in Hayes, Middlesex. If you have any question about this policy, or about personal data we hold about you, you can use the form at the bottom of this page to get in touch.

What information we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, primarily through the enquiry forms on this website — on the Contact page and on each treatment page. When you submit an enquiry, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide one
• Any message you write, including which treatment you were asking about

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers or advertising pixels on this website, and we do not automatically collect browsing data beyond the standard technical information any website host processes to serve pages to your browser.

How we use your information

We use the details you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, talk through whether a treatment is suitable for you, and arrange an appointment if you’d like one. We don’t use your enquiry details for marketing unless you separately ask to be kept informed, and we never sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How your enquiry reaches us

When you submit a form on this website, it’s sent as an email using Resend, an email delivery service, directly to Deepak’s inbox. Resend processes the message only in order to deliver it, and does not use its content for any other purpose. This website is hosted on Vercel, who may process standard technical connection data (such as your IP address) as part of running the site, in line with their own privacy policy.

Legal basis for processing

We process your enquiry details on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to a request you’ve made of us — or, where you go on to book a consultation, in order to take steps you’ve asked for ahead of entering into an agreement with you.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry emails for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if you become a client, as part of our ordinary business and clinical record-keeping. If you contact us to ask that your details be deleted and you are not an active client, we will do so.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data, where we don’t have a legal reason to keep it
• Ask us to restrict, or object to, certain processing
• Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk, if you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data

Clinical and health information

If you become a client, any health information discussed or recorded during your consultations — for example Live & Dry Blood Analysis findings or treatment notes — is held separately from this website, under Deepak’s professional duty of confidentiality, and is not stored on or processed through deepakbhangu.com. A separate, pre-launch client platform is being developed for existing clients; no real client health data is held there until data protection and advertising-standards review is complete.

Children

This website and the services described on it are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example as our services or the tools we use change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
